| 摘 要： | 大学文化是大学在长期办学实践的基础上,经过历史的积淀、自身的努力和外部环境的影响,逐步形成的一种独特的社会文化形态。它以大学人为主体,以知识及其学科(专业)为基础,主要凝聚在大学拥有的深厚的文化底蕴之中,是大学精神文化、物质文化、制度文化和环境文化的总和,是大学作为人类社会知识权威的文化基础,是人类先进文化的重要组成部分。大学文化是大学核心竞争力之所在,主要包括凝聚力、教育力、创造力和影响力,是大学赖以生存、发展、办学和承担重大社会责任的根本。

| Abstract: | University culture is a kind of peculiar culture which is formed on the basis of long period of running practice,traditional inheritage,many internal effort and external influence.The university culture come from the university man,knowledge and academic programs.The culture is mainly embodied in the deep cultural connotation which is a kind of complexion of university spiritual culture,phisical culture,system culture and environmental culture.The culture is a kind of cultural base as a knowledge authority of human society and an important part of advanced human culture.The core competitive ability of university culture exists in the university culture,including the function of integration,education,creation and influence.In all,the culture is a primary base for university's surviving,developing,managing,contributing to the significant social responsibility. |
