中小学教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的职业承诺和离职倾向

摘    要:通过对737名中小学教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的职业承诺、组织承诺和离职倾向的问卷调查,结果发现:(1)教育硕士具有较高的职业承诺和组织承诺。(2)教育硕士的离单位倾向处于一般水平,离职倾向较低。(3)教育硕士的职业承诺、组织承诺与离职倾向存在显著的负相关。

Abstract:Questionnaires about ME'occupational commitment,organizational commitment,and turnover intention were made among 737 masters of education.The results were as follows:(1)The level of ME'occupational commitment and organizational commitment were high.(2)The level of ME'turnover intention was low.(3) Significantly negative correlations were discovered between ME'turnover intention and their occupational commitment,organizational commitment.
