| 摘 要： | 集团化办学是职业院校推行产学合作,提高办学水平的重要途径,然而我国职业教育的集团化办学效应尚未得到充分的体现。改变这一现象,需创新政府主导的产学教育框架和机制;建设职教集团的合作载体;建构产学结合的育人价值观。基于职教集团的高职院校办学模式的特点在于:创建中介机制,推进联盟体制建设;构筑专业群平台,促进职教集团各项建设;建立校企经费核算机制,推进工学结合的教学模式;面向区域优势产业,打造社会服务品牌。

| Abstract: | Group developing plan is an important approach to implement industry-university cooperation and improve school running for vocational schools, but in our country the effects of group developing plan are not sufficient realized. To change this phenomenon need to innovate government leading industrial education frame and mechanism, build cooperative carrier of vocational education group, and construct educating people values of industry-university cooperation. Based on vocational education group, the characteristics of running school model of higher technical colleges are creating intermediary mechanism to promote construction of league system, constructing platform to promote each construction of vocational education group, building accounting mechanism of school and enterprise fund to promote teaching mode of combination working with learning, facing regional superior industry to establish social service brand. |
