| 摘 要： | 化因素是美国外交传统的理论基础。美国作为一个年轻的、后起的、当今世界一流大国，在其发展过程中，对自己的化倍感自豪，在对外交往中，以美国化为标准，向全世界“推销”美国的价值观和政治制度。对不服从，则以政治、经济的手段以至用武力予以坚决打击。
