| 摘 要： | 剖析马克思的剩余价值理论，可得出以下结论：用劳动时间来衡量商品价值量无法完全说明剩余价值量的增减；流通领域在社会剩余生产中不容忽视，应当区分社会剩余与剩余价值这对概念；物化劳动和活劳动的地位要具体分析，剩余的出现并非一定源于剥削。

| Abstract: | We have analyzed the limit of the theory of surplus value of Karl Marx in this paper, and concluded as follows: the increase and decrease of the quantity of surplus value can not be fully explained by the social labor time; it is necessary to differentiate social surplus and surplus value since the circulation field can not be neglected in the production of social surplus; the position of materialized labor and human labor must be particularly analyzed, and exploitation is not necessarily the only source of social surplus. |
