| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，广东居民的收入水平整体上大幅度提高，但与此同时，居民收入差距也在不断扩大,这不仅影响社会经济健康有序发展，而且有可能成为威胁社会社会和谐发展的“一大羁绊”。因此，缩小收入差距,是当前构建社会主义和谐广东的关键。本文对广东省居民收入差距的现状进行了实证分析，阐明了居民收入差距扩大的原因，探讨了缓解居民收入差距、促进广东和谐发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Since China carried out the policies of reform and opening to the outside world,the income level of residents in Guangdong Province has been greatly improved,but meanwhile,the resident's income gap has become wider and wider,so the authors investigated the current situation of the income gap of Guangdong residents in an attempt to find out the reasons,and further,they put forward some counter-measures in the hope of making some contributions to building our harmonious society. |
