大学生的情绪调节方式及其对人际交往的影响

摘    要:以200名大学生为被试研究了情绪调节方式的特点及其对人际交往的影响。结果发现:受欢迎的学生能多样化地使用问题解决、情绪表露、情感求助等多种情绪调节方式;被拒绝的学生的情绪调节方式单一,对情绪发泄这种消极的情绪调节方式使用最多。不良的情绪调节方式是导致学生人际关系不理想的最主要原因。因此,在心理健康教育中应重视情绪调节方面的培训。

Abstract:Using 200 university students as subject,this study explored the relationship between emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship.The result showed that students with good interpersonal relationship use question solution,emotion expression,and help-seeking most frequently as emotional regulation strategy.While in the student group of poor interpersonal relationship,the only most frequently used emotional regulation strategy was emotional abreaction.We can conclude that poor emotional regulation strategy is the cause of poor interpersonal relationship.Therefore we should attach more importance to the training of emotional regulation in mental education.
