摘    要:随着人民生活水平的提高,旅游已经成为一种时尚,旅行社是顾客旅游生活的重要环节之一,它想要发展要竞争,就必须搞好促销,做好顾客的吸引与维系工作。旅行社基本上从游客心理、旅游价值、服务质量、服务方法、信息存储利用等方面进行工作,借以加强与顾客的联系。

Abstract:With improvement of people's living standard, travel has become a fashion. Travel agencies are the important links of customers' travel life. If travel agencies want to win in competition, they must promote well and do a good job of attracting and maintaining customers. In order to accomplish it, travel agencies should carry through the work by taking care of the following aspects: customers' psychology, travel value, service quality, serving methods and information storing and utilization.
