| 摘 要： | 理性化的现代社会分工引致了职业化的合理发展,而工具理性的发展所造就的"职业人"使传统知识分子可能成为"没有精神的专家";当代中国大学教师的角色特征集中体现了社会转型中公共知识分子的公共性问题.分析当代大学教师"公共精神"得以展开的社会条件,对建构社会转型中知识分子的公共性具有重要意义.
