| 摘 要： | 知识经济的迅猛发展，引起社会的极大震动。尤其小康社会的全面进入，人们生活观念、生活方式、生活内容也将发生变化，就消费领域而言，明消费必将是知识经济的主旋律、小康社会的首要前提。因此，了解明消费的特征，树立明消费理念，规范明消费行为就显得至关重要。

| Abstract: | The swift and violent development of knowledge economy has caused an extreme shake in our society, with people entering a comparatively well-off society. Consequently, changes will take place in terms of people's view of life, way of life and content of life as well. As far as consumption is concerned, civilized consumption is bound to be the main melody of knowledge economy and the main presupposition of the comparatively well-off society. Therefore, it is very important not only to know something about the feature of civilized consumption, build up concepts of civilized consumption, but also to regulate civilized consumption. |
