论实现高校后勤社会化的根本出路

摘    要:高校后勤管理体制改革从20世纪80年代开始,至今已明确改革的方向和目标,即实现高校后勤社会化,将后勤管理从高校行政管理中分离出来,按现代企业制度管理。实现高校后勤社会化的根本出路是:改革管理体制;明晰产权;改革人事制度、改革现行的工资制度。在高校建立起现代企业制度是高校后勤社会化的根本出路。

Abstract:The target of reforming the administrative system of logistics in institutions of higher learning has been clarified.It is the socialization of institutions of higher learning,which includes the separation of the administration of logistics from that of instiutions,and administrating logistics according to the managing system of modern enterprises.The key way out of realizing the socialization of logistics lies in the following:to clarify the ownership of assets;to reform the current system of employment and wage;to establish the managing system of modern enterprises.
