当代美国基础教育改革取向评析

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,美国基础教育处于持续的改革浪潮之中,历届政府改革的政策和措施虽然有所不同,但其方向是一致的,即努力实现优质教育,增进教育公平,构建学习化社会,试图在新世纪继续长期保持其世界超强国的地位。当代美国基础教育改革呈现出国家化、国际化、要素主义、市场化、共性化等取向。

Abstract:Since 1980s American elementary education reform has been in full swing.Though different administrations have adopted different reform policies and measures,their orientation of efforts is the same: to realize high quality education,ehance fair education and construct a learning-oriented society,trying fo keep its superpower position in the new century.American elementary education reform shows a tendency of nationalization,internationalization,marketization and generality.
