| 摘 要： | 理论界对公司治理结构问题的探讨，是以个体产权基础的存在为前提的，而我国目前国有商业银行仍为单一公有产权形式，不可避免的带来公司治理结构的某些缺陷。因此，需要我们加快国有商业银行产权制度改革，实现产权结构与商业银行产业定位一致，同时建立和完善共容型激励机制。

| Abstract: | There is a premise in the world of theory on corporate governance that it is based on individual property rights. However, our state-owned commercial banks still remain in the form of publicly-owned property rights, which inevitably brings about some defects in corporate governance. So it is necessary for the commercial banks to speed up the reform about property right system so as to realize the continuity between property right structure and industrial orientation. In the meantime, it is indispensable to establish and perfect the compatible incentive mechanism. |
