| 摘 要： | 计算机应用于档案管理已成为一种趋势,这就要求我们要充分利用局域网络,稳步、有序地推进文档一体化管理进程,使档案工作尽快实现自动化,提高办公效率。另外,充分调动和提高全体档案工作人员的工作积极性和现代化管理水平,建立和健全与之相适应的科学、合理,并便于操作的一系列管理规章制度,也是保证文档一体化管理工作顺利实现的一个前提。
