| 摘 要： | 基本医疗保障是我国社会保障体系的重要组成部分,主要包括城镇职工基本医疗保险制度、新型农村合作医疗制度和城镇居民基本医疗保险制度。本文从青海省实施新农合与城镇居民医疗保险制度的现状出发,分析了这两项制度在管理机构、资源共享等方面存在的一些问题,探讨了这两项制度衔接的可行性和必要性。
