| 摘 要： | 从＂国富民强＂到＂民富国强＂是十七届五中全会的一大亮点,反映出党和政府执政理念的重大创新。本文阐述了＂国富民强＂到＂民富国强＂治理理念创新的深远政治意义,从财税政策、就业政策及社保政策的缺失及偏差分析了造成国富民不强的政策原因,进而为实现＂民富国强＂的战略提出了一些政策建议与思考。

| Abstract: | This paper represents the significant of the govern idea that from prosperous nation and strong people to rich people and powerful country.Then analyzes the fiscal and taxation policies,employment policies and social insurance policies' deletion and deviation,the reason why the nation is prosperous,but the people are poor,and puts forward some policy proposals for the rich people and powerful country. |
