| 摘 要： | 知情权的基本含义是指人们享有知悉、获取官方情报和非官方情报的自由和权利。知情权与言论自由权一样应是公民的基本权利，在现代社会有将其在宪法中加以定位的必要。为保障公民基本权利的实现，我国应建立健全知情权相关的法律制度。

| Abstract: | The meaning of "Right to know" is that people are endowed with the freedom and right to know and obtain official or non-official messages. This right is people's basic right as the same as the right and freedom to the expression, it is necessary to make this right into the constitution. In order to protect the realization of people's basic right ,we should build and improve relative laws about the right to know. |
