| 摘 要： | 完善国有资产管理体制，是深化国企改革的关键。本文认为，深化青海省国有企业改革应加快调整国有经济布局和结构、建立健全国有资产管理和监督体制、完善国有企业的法人治理结构、建立国有资产运营的宏观调控保障机制等。

| Abstract: | To perfect the management system of the state - owned assets is a key point to deepen the reform of the state - owned enterprises. This paper believes that to speed up the adjustment of the economic layout and structure of the state - owned economy, to establish a system of management and supervision of the state - owned enterprises, to perfect the managing structure of the corporation of the enterprises, and to build up a macro - adjustment- and- controlling guarantee system has become necessary. |
