| 摘 要： | 当前，中国正在由世界第一光伏生产大国走向光伏应用大国。加快太阳能光伏产业的发展与推广应用是青海应对能源发展新形势的必然选择。本文通过介绍青海光伏产业发展现状，阐述了太阳能光伏产业发展中“青海现象”产生的必然性，进而分析了青海光伏产业发展中存在的问题，并结合光伏产业发展趋势，提出了发展青海光伏产业的相关建议和思考。

| Abstract: | As the world＇s first largest PV production country, China is moving toward a PV application power presently. To speed up the development and application of the solar PV industry is the inevitable choice？ of Qinghai to deal with the new situation of energy development. This paper elaborates the ration- ality and inevitability of “Qinghai phenomenon” that brings forth in the development of the solar PV indus- try by introducing the present development situation of PV industry in Qinghai. And then it analyzes the problems existing in the PV industry development in Qinghai. Thus relevant suggestions and strategies are proposed according to the development of Qinghai PV industry in combination with the development trend of the PV industry. |
