| 摘 要： | 推行学分制是中国高校实施教学管理改革的一项重要举措。是一项系统而艰巨的工程，本文结合实际工作就我校实施学分制以来存在的一些主要问题进行思考和分析，进而为民族院校的学分制改革提供一些基本经验。
