| 摘 要： | 高等教育在青海经济社会发展中有着特殊地位，发挥着举足轻重的作用。大学自身应进一步增强自己的历史使命、社会责任和服务社会的意识和理念，不断提高办学水平，扩大社会影响力，政府应进一步发挥投资主体和管理者的职责，大力支持大学的建设和改革，使我省的高等教育在全面建设小康社会，构建和谐青海，加快发展，富民强省的关键时期，真正发挥助推器和服务站的功能。

| Abstract: | Higher education takes a special position and plays a vital role in economic and social development of Qinghai Province.Colleges and universities of Qinghai should be better aware of their historic missions and social responsibilities,further strengthen their sense of serving the society,steadily raise their level of schooling,and continuouslyexpand their social influences.And the government should try to do better in being the primary provider of input and administrations.Such being the case,higher education of our province will be able to truly function as boosters and service stations in the construction of a well-off society and a harmonious Qinghai.And the goal of rapid development and enrichment is expectably to be achieved. |
