| 摘 要： | 本文对普通高等院校学生宿舍人际关系的现状进行了分析，对处理好宿舍人际关系的方法进行了探讨，提出将思想政治教育工作引入大学生宿舍人际关系的协调机制具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This study analyses the status of the interpersonal problems of students＇ dormitory in uni- versity, which discusses how to deal with close interpersonal relationships. Based on these analyses, the pa- per will put forward to the necessaries of college dorm interpersonal coordination mechanism through the introduction of the ideological and political education. |
