| 摘 要： | 随着历史的发展进步，传统文化在不断变迁，文化传承显得尤为重要。文化变迁是历史发展的正常规律，也是社会发展进步的证明，本文通过历史反思，对变迁中文化内在因素和外在因素的分析，肯定了变迁的必然性和必须性，并以中国传统文化为例，对如何继承和发扬优良传统文化进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | with the development and advancement of history, the traditional cultures are changing con- stantly,even there are some cultures are disappearing gradually. As a product of history,the cultural chan- ges are the regular pattern of historical development and the proof of international advancement. The artical confirms the inevitability and necessity of cultural changes,introspecting of history and analysising of inter- al factors and external factors about changing cultures to make a discussion about how to inherit and pro- mote the admirable traditional culture and carry out a resonable change. |
