| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理是高校管理的重要组成部分,档案信息化建设是高校档案事业可持续发展的必然趋势;档案信息化建设存在着档案干部素质低、管理手段落后、馆藏结构单一的不利因素;高校档案部门要克服不利因素,采取果断措施,加快高校档案信息化建设的步伐。

| Abstract: | Archival management in colleges and universities is an important component part of the management.Informatization construction in archives is the inevitable trend that the colleges and universities archival under taking can keep on a sustainable development.Informatization construction in archives exists thearchives staff's character low,the management means dropbehind,the collection structure singleness;thecolleges and universities archives section should overcome a disadvantageous factor,taking drastic measures,mending the paces in informatization construction in archives. |
