| 摘 要： | VoIP是Voice over Internet Protocol的缩写,指的是将模拟的声音讯号经过压缩与封包之后,以数据封包的形式在IP网络的环境进行语音讯号的传输,通俗来说也就是互联网电话、网络电话或者简称IP电话的意思.本文介绍了VoIP电话的基本原理、关键技术以及发展的基本要求.

| Abstract: | VoIP is a summary of the Voice over Interact Protocol acronym, referring to the analog voice signal with the compressed packet after packet of data in the form of IP network environment for the transmission of voice sig-nals, which is popular for Internet telephony, Referred to as Internet telephony or IP phone means. This paper in-troduces the basic principles of VoIP phone, key technologies and the development of the basic requirements. |
