| 摘 要： | 20世纪后期经济分析法学在西方得到了复兴，并在各个领域深入发展，已经成为了与传统三大法学领域并驾齐驱的显学，本文以波斯纳的经济分析法学为主要途径，介绍了经济分析法学的一些基础理论。
