| 摘 要： | 侦查策略属于哲学方法论的范畴,是侦查主体运用其达到侦查目的的方案。侦查策略的运用主体、作用效果、作用对象和实质共同构成了它的内涵,从其内涵中我们也能提炼出其所具有的三点本质属性,即针对性、智慧性和技巧性。
