| 摘 要： | 作为一个新兴而庞大的弱势群体，贫困大学生的成功就业不仅关系到自身及其家庭的命运，也关系到高校、银行的可持续发展，更关系到社会的公平与稳定。然而，由于严峻的整体就业形势、陈旧的传统就业观念、不健康的就业心理、较低的综合素质、高额的就业成本以及匮乏的社会资源．贫困大学生在签约时间、签约率、择业岗位三方面较普通大学毕业生显得滞后、偏低与偏差。要改变此局面，唯有贫困大学生毕业生自身、高校、政府与社会共同努力。

| Abstract: | Poor college students, being a new and great number of group,their successful employment not only relates to their own and families＇ future, but also relates to the colleges and banks＇ sustainable development and even relates to the society＇s fairness and stability. However, because of the serious employment situation, old and traditional employment concept, unhealthy employment psychology, poor overall quahty, expensive employment cost and lack of social resources, the poor students＇ employment situation is worse than average college students in the aspects of signing time, signing rate and career posts. To change the bad situation, it needs the college＇s hard work together with the colleges, government and society. |
