| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展，建设社会主义新农村，发展农村经济，解决农民增收和就业问题，需要资金支持，这对农村金融提出了新要求。传统农村金融已无法满足农村发展的需求，发展农村微型金融对建设社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | It is supported by financing to plan the development of rural and urban as a whole, construct socialist new countryside, develop rural economy and solve the problems of farmers income and employment. However, the traditional rural finance cannot satisfy this new need of rural development. It is very significant to develop rural mini-finance to construct socialist new countryside. |
