| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国旅游业飞速发展，需要大批高素质的旅游人才，且优秀的导游人才极其缺乏。导游人员良好的岗位能力对我国旅游业的发展尤为重要。根据当前导游服务发展的趋势，结合对重庆市多家旅游公司的调研，对新时期导游人员的工作岗位能力进行分析，全面衡量导游的综合工作能力，可提升导游服务水平。

| Abstract: | Guide services are the core of tourist reception services, guides＇ abilities are strong or not are key to the quality and level of tourism services. In recent years, China＇s rapidly developing tourism industry pose new demands for the guides ability. Based on the current trends of the development of guides services, we combined with a number of tourism enterprises in Chongqing city to research, to analysis and research capacity of tour guides in the new period, in order to measure the guides＇ comprehensive ability at all sides and provide some basis of upgrade guide service. |
