| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十年以来，我国中小企业呈现出迅猛发展的良好态势，已经成为推动国民经济。优化资源配置和社会稳定的重要力量。特别是在最近几年我国政府对中小企业的不断关注和扶持之下．中小企业已初步进入健康发展的轨道．但自2008年下半年爆发的世界金融危机影响之下．中小企业抗风险的能力较之国有大型企业更弱，因此，其发展过程中的融资难的问题越来越突出．资金短缺严重制约了中小企业持续健康的发展，通过对中小企业的现状、融资难的原因进行分析。提出解决中小企业融资难的对策．以期对中小企业的发展有所裨益．
