| Abstract: | Knowledge spillovers is to produce high-tech industry cluster in major motivation of the high-tech enterprise gathering of content,knowledge spillovers and high-tech enterprises from the geographical distance;through the three elements of knowledge spillover,the flow of high-tech enterprise talent,informal communication,cooperation and innovation on the impact of high-tech industry cluster to develop the regional industry for the government to provide important reference for science and technology policy. |
