| 摘 要： | 在人们对人事档案意识越来越淡薄的今天。档案管理人员要通过自身努力转变观念，以更好地推动这项工作的发展。首先要从理清职责，强化责任心，发挥管理人员的主观能动性入手，再辅以规范的规章制度，并且要不断加强业务学习，提升各方面素质。只要踏实有效地做好这些工作，人事档案就一定能恢复它应有的活力。
