| 摘 要： | 大学校长是影响大学发展的重要方面之一，按照其角色和职能变化．大学校长可分为学者型、行政领导型、家长型和经营管理型四种类型。从发展趋势来看，大学校长适应新的变化，“经营管理型”校长将成为校长中的主流，他的角色和职责将具有鲜明的时代特征。

The President of the type of management and administration will be the main current ,their roles and function will have erident features of times. |
