| Abstract: | The basic idea of Marx and Engels on the rule of law arouses its successors, continuously to put forward new ideas in the socialist law construction, and eventually evolve it into the strategy of governing the country. It has an important enlightenment to discuss the evolution process of ruling the country by law for our country to promote the rule of law construction. |
