| 摘 要： | 高校师生关系是高等教育中最主要的关系,好的师生关系是提高高校人才质量的关键,也是高校得以健康发展的重要保障。新的和谐的师生关系的构建必须基于对当前高校师生关系存在的问题及归因有充分的了解,并在高校管理、高校思想、师生心理健康等方面加以重点关注,以寻求改善高校师生关系的有效策略。

| Abstract: | Colleges of higher education relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and main relationship.The harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the key to improve the quality of the talented person of colleges and universities,and it is also the important guarantee of the university to keep the healthy development.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation and the cause of formation of the college teachers and students relations,and pay more affetion to the college management and thonghts the psychological health between students and teachers,to seek the countermeasures for new teacher-student relationship. |
