BaTiO3及掺杂镧BaTiO3基超细粉体的制备及表征

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯、醋酸钡和冰醋酸等为原料,采用溶胶——凝胶法工艺经水解、聚合合成溶胶,之后转变为凝胶,再经充分干燥、煅烧制成BaTiO3及掺杂镧BaTiO3粉体。研究了样品制备过程中影响溶胶——凝胶状态的因素,并用X射线衍射仪对粉体进行测试。实验结果表明:溶胶的初始pH值及温度影响溶胶、凝胶的状态及胶凝化时间,煅烧温度等影响BaTiO3粉体的合成,掺杂镧影响粉体晶粒尺寸的大小。

Abstract:In this paper,the ultra-fine barium titanates doped and undoped with lanthanium are prepared by sol-gel method using(C4H9O)4Ti and Ba(CH3COOH)2 as raw materials.The structure and composition of the ultra-fine powders are characterized by XRD.Temperature and the value of PH are factors that affect sol-gel process and the state of gelatin.The particle sizes are affected by the import of Lanthanium.
