| 摘 要： | 创业教育是一种新的教育形式和教育理念,开展创业教育,能够培养大学生创业精神和创业能力,能够促进我国经济结构调整和大学毕业生就业。我国高职院校还没有深刻地认识到创业教育的功能和作用,创业教育师资队伍素质不高,创业教育理念和方法落后,制约了高职院校创业教育发展。高职院校应转变教育理念,提高对创业教育的认识,加强创业教育师资队伍建设,努力探索创业教育新方法,大力建设创业基地和创业平台,改善创业教育的环境和条件,提高创业教育效果。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship education is a new education form and idea, developing it can train the students to possess the pioneering spirit and ability, and promote our country＇s economic structural adjustment and the graduates＇ employment. Many colleges do not deeply understood its functions and roles, poorly trained teachers, and outdated concepts and methods restrict its development. Colleges should change the idea, increase the awareness, strengthen the teachers＇ construction, explore new methods, greatly construct the base and the simulation platform, improve the educational environment and conditions, and improve the effect. |
