| 摘 要： | 研究生培养质量保障体系的构建是一个复杂的系统工程,导师制度建设是其中的重中之重。在分析导师制度建设存在问题的基础上,借助比较研究的成果,探究改革与完善导师制度建设的内容应是我国导师制度建设的重要方向。
