| 摘 要： | 该从我国现有网络课程归属政策的分析出发，对网络课程委托创作、合作创作、职务创作三种创作方式可能涉及的法律关系进行了较为详细的讨论，并依照我国最新的作权法律法规，提出了不同创作方式所产生的网络课程的作权归属办法。
