| Abstract: | Based on systematic interviews,questionnaires and observations,the paper reports the results of a study of the modern distance education project for communist party members and cadres in the rural areas of Guizhou Province.It analyzes the current situation,the successful experiencse and the problems of resource integration.It also suggests strategies for solving these problems. |
