| Abstract: | The theory of expectation inspiration has successfully been used in many enterprises and the staff' s work performance has greatly been upgraded. TV university, as a university engaged in adult education should also upgrade the work performance of it's teachers who are in charge of classes by dint of the theory of inspiration so as to serve the society better. |
