摘    要:期望激励理论已成功地运用于很多的企业,员工的工作绩效得到了极大的提高,电大作为从事成人教育的大学,也应借助激励理论提高班主任的工作绩效,以更好地为社会服务.

Abstract:The theory of expectation inspiration has successfully been used in many enterprises and the staff' s work performance has greatly been upgraded. TV university, as a university engaged in adult education should also upgrade the work performance of it's teachers who are in charge of classes by dint of the theory of inspiration so as to serve the society better.
