摘    要:本文旨在研究如何实现有效的跨文化协作,比较中英两国如何理解和组织在线学习。研究者依据现象解释学设计研究方法,对比和反思了参加跨文化合作开发在线学习课程的经历和体验,讨论了这一基于项目的协作交流如何促进了对在线学习的理解。最后,本文总结了一些可供开展后续相关探索活动的尝试性结论。

Abstract:Intercultural Collaboration is conducive to explore the understanding of e-learning pedagogy.How to a- chieve effective intercultural collaboration and how e-learning is perceived and practised in China and UK are the focuses of this research.To analyse their reflections on participating in the collaborative development of a pedagogi- cal course for e-learning,the authors adopted phenomenographical approaches,which perceive the project collabo- ration as an experiential learning process taking place spirally,where the understanding of e-Learning pedagogy is jointly co-constructed.At the end,some tentative and practical conclusions have been drawn to be supportive for further and relative endeavours.
