| 摘 要： | 行省是罗马对被征服地区及其居民实行统治的主要管理形式。它对于罗马国家的稳定和罗马经济的发展都起了非常显著的作用。然而 ,罗马对行省的治理并不是一成不变的 ,更不是没有缺陷的。它是时代发展的产物 ,同时又随着时代的变化而有所变化。共和末叶至帝国初期正是罗马行省管理由不成熟走向成熟的关键时期 ,对其加以研究不仅能够进一步加深我们对罗马行省制度的理解 ,而且对于我们更加深入地了解罗马历史的发展也有相当重要的意义

| Abstract: | Province was main form that the Roman People ruled the conquered territory outside Italy.It played the important role in the stability of Roman state and the development of Roman economy.Of course, It was obvious that the early government of the Roman province has a lot of defects.This article's purpose is to explore every defects of Roman provincial administration and to investigate the methods that the Romans corrected them. |
