| Abstract: | The basic principles of Prof. Qi Gong's study are as fol1ows. Firstly, the conclusions must bebased on sound verification. Secondly, the interpretations must be reasonable and open. Thirdly, writing mustbe clear and understandable. And fourthly or lastly, the unconvincing interpretatiOns must be avoided. Thefollowing are the educational ideals he believes in all along. Firstly, students from all social classes are equallyadmitted and taught. Secondly, the heuristic method is not used unless students have reached the stage onwhich they want to express but cannot do it themselves. Thirdly, the special merits of students must berespected and protected. And lastly, the mutual improvement between instructors and students must becarried out. |
