| 摘 要： | 中国经济学的发展联系于中国独特的发展模式,而中国发展模式离不开制度转型。中国经济学研究的核心是制度转型的内在规律,转型持续深入的过程也就是转型规律被逐渐认识的进程。中俄之间的转型比较,给我们提供了重要的认识线索,依此可以进行命题式归纳,以期揭示制度转型内含的规律。中国关注的是转型目的、转型过程、转型动力以及转型绩效评价的适应性效率;俄罗斯则关注的是转型目标,既忽视了转型过程,也忽视了转型动力,转型绩效也是以资源有效配置效率高低为标准的。这反映的是对制度转型本质及其转型规律的认识偏差,正因此,才会有差异显著的两种改革效果。
