教师“身份”的制度与文化根源及当下危机

摘    要:从历史的角度考察,中国教师的传统身份是制度型构起来的,正是通过制度的型构,才逐渐形成民间尊师重教的习俗和传统。由于教育制度的变迁,目前教师传统身份正遭遇严峻的危机,甚至民间日常生活中的尊师习俗和传统也面临着“去根化”的危险。

Abstract:The traditional identity of teacher in China was structured by its historical institution. So there has come about the tradition of respecting teachers and education. Today, the identity is under a severe crisis, because the educational institution is changing. Even the folk culture, as the basis of traditional teacher identity, is in danger of de-grass-rooted.
