中小学教师职业道德的现实思考

摘    要:当前,教师职业道德的基本内涵受到了来自社会各方面的挑战,在学校教育实践的执行中出现了许多困惑。立足于师道的本质,做好教师职业道德的定位,理解师德与人性的关联,处理好教师德与能的关系,是把握教师职业道德内涵的根本;基于教师德与行的统一,形成教师行为动机和行为结果的和谐,合理使用奖励和惩罚,合理运用教师权威,是澄清困惑的保障。

Abstract:Currently,teacher professional morals and ethics (TPME) in primary and secondary schools are confronted with numerous doubts and challenges from outside the school.The present paper makes an attempt to specify the proper understanding of TPME,which is embodied in the nature of teacher profession,the proper evaluation of TPME,the relationship between teacher morals and human nature,and the balance between teacher morals and capability.Accordingly,a number of issues are proposed to guarantee TPME: unifying teacher morals and behaviours to promote harmony between the motivation and the performance,and properly using the mechanism of rewards and penalties as well as the teacher authority.
