| 摘 要： | 由于元代对江南地主采取笼络政策 ,江南地主得以保存和延续。元末张士诚政权继续执行元朝对江南地主的“宽疏”政策 ,得到江南地主的支持。反之 ,江南地主对朱明政权极为冷淡。因此 ,明王朝建立后 ,朱元璋对江南地主进行不遗余力的打击。建文帝的一系列改革 ,得到了江南地主的拥护和支持。但建文帝失败后 ,江南地主又遭到大肆打击 ,永乐迁都北京后 ,大力扶持北方地主的发展。明中叶以后 ,江南地主与北方地主的矛盾 ,始终反映在明廷内部的一些政策中 ,几与明王朝相始终

| Abstract: | The southern landlords conserved and developed their strength in the Yuan Dynasty due to Yuan's supporting and loose policy,and they assisted and supported Zhang Shicheng goverment because Zhang kept on Yuan's loose policy to southern landlords.On the contrary,the southern landlords gave Zhu Yuanzhang's Ming government cold-shoulders so that Zhu Yuanzhang did his utmost to retaliate against them after the establishment of the Ming Dynasty.The southern landlords supported Emperor Jianwen's reform because their conditions were improved during Emperor Jianwen period.However,they were retaliated after Emperor Yongle replaced Emperor Jianwen,and the northern landlords were supported to develop.From then on,the contradictions and the struggles between the southern landlords and the northern landlords kept on existing and revealing in the Ming government's policies up to Ming's overturn. |
