| 摘 要： | 北京作为京师的“首善”意义 ,表现为它是国家主流文化的孵化器和辐射源。其文化集中体现了国家和民族的文化理想和精髓。北京有深厚的历史沉淀与悠久的文化传统 :以建筑、民俗、老字号及地方文艺为静脉 ;源远流长的教育传统为动脉 ;古都民风为细胞。发展北京文化 ,必须协调现代化追求与古都风貌保护的关系 ;加大北京文化的包容度和开放性 ;整合和利用北京的教育资源 ,增强北京文化的发展动力 ;弘扬首都风尚 ,丰富北京的人文内涵

| Abstract: | The significance of “prime virtue” of Beijing the capital, is best expressed in its function of hatching and radiating the mainstream culture of the nation. That is, the culture of Beijing represents the quintessence of the culture of our country as well as the cultural ideal of our nation. To be specific, Beijing, with the architecture, folk custom, old shops and local literature and art as its vena, with the time-honoured tradition of education as its artery and with the local traits as its cells, it has witnessed profound historical accumulation of culture with a long history. Therefore, to develop Beijing culture demands a harmonious balance between the pursuit of modernization of the city and the preservation of the characteristic style and features. Meanwhile, the culture needs an increase in its tolerance and openness, an integration and utility of the educational resources and an enhancement of its impetus, so as to promote the virtue and to cultivate the humanisticality. |
